  17.    VMC was Portugal's first scene related event, and as such only portuguese
  18.   musicians and voters were allowed to enter.
  19.  
  20.    Since this was the first scene-related event in Portugal, as the contest
  21.   organizers we were surprised by the participation we had. We expected less
  22.   than 5 contestants and we had 10. Each song was voted by 4 diferent voters,
  23.   in a total of eight voters.
  24.  
  25.    There will be no prizes because no one paid the entry fee. This fee was
  26.   optional, as stated in the contest regulations.
